The site collects personal data only through the contact form. The fields collected are: name, email address, company name (optional), type of enquiry and message text.

This data is processed solely to reply to your commercial or information request and to manage any related follow-up communications.

The site does not use profiling cookies, third-party trackers or statistical analysis tools that require consent under current law.

Processing is based on the express consent of the data subject when the form is submitted (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@sigillosrl.com; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Data is processed by electronic means and kept only for as long as strictly necessary to handle your request and to manage any resulting business relationship. After that period the data is deleted or anonymised.

Emails are sent through the Resend service (Resend Inc. — servers in the EU region, Ireland), which acts as data processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Data is not disclosed to third parties or disseminated, except to the parties that provide services needed to operate the site (e.g. the email provider referred to in point 4) and, where provided by law, to the competent Authorities.
